Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page explains how this website uses them and similar technologies, as the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy rules require.
The short version
This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. That is why you do not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What the site does use
- Nothing is stored in your browser by our pages: no cookies and no local storage. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so no third party is contacted when you browse.
- Enquiries and online bookings work with signed links in the web address rather than cookies. The links in your confirmation e-mail identify your booking; keep them private, as anyone with the link can view or cancel it.
- Our server briefly notes your IP address to limit how often forms can be sent, which protects the site from spam. This is not stored in your browser and is discarded within minutes.
Links to other services
Some links take you to other services, such as Google Calendar when you add a booking to your own calendar, or the video call service we send you for your call. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies once you are there.
If this changes
If we add a tool that needs cookies, such as analytics, we will update this page, ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and give you a way to change your mind.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The ICO's guidance on cookies explains how, and this site works fine with cookies switched off.
